  NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS COMPANY! Do not leave a deposit with these people because if you can't get the finance they will not refund your money despite all the assurances from the sales person. They are thieves! I signed a contract on Sunday 23rd October 2016 and paid $500 deposit. On 31st October 2016, I forwarded them an email from the finance company as proof that I wasn't eligible for the finance however they would not accept the email as proof even though this is all the finance company would provide. They ignored my calls and emails and was left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company, they continued to disagree with the dispute and by the 31st Jan 2017 the credit card company advised me there was nothing they could do as merchant is still refusing to release the funds. I was since able to provide them with a formal letter from the finance company and they still refuse to refund me. Anyone looking to make a purchase with these people should be ware!! I wonder what would happen if it came to having to claim warranty on a car purchase, I'm sure they would more thank likely try and get out of that too. Stay away - you have been warned!
